We are hiring an experienced HR Manager to run end?to?end HR for projects and the corporate office. You will own recruitment, labour relations, statutory compliance, payroll oversight, performance management, L&D, and HR systems to support fast, safe project delivery.
Talent acquisition — Plan, source, interview, and onboard site and office roles; manage offers and induction.
Employee relations — Resolve grievances, manage disciplinary matters, and maintain a positive work culture across sites.
Statutory compliance — Ensure PF, ESI, Contract Labour, Shops & Establishment and other labour law compliance.
Payroll oversight — Manage payroll process and vendor payroll audits to ensure accuracy and timely payments.
Site HR operations — Run muster, attendance systems, shift rosters, leave planning, and subcontractor labour coordination.
Performance management — Implement performance cycles, KPIs, promotions, and rewards.
Learning & development — Design and deliver skill, safety, and behavioural trainings with project teams.
HR systems & reporting — Maintain HRMIS data integrity and produce monthly people dashboards for leadership.
Stakeholder partnership — Work with procurement, finance, and project teams on manpower forecasting and productivity metrics.
HR administration — Manage background checks, appointment and exit processes, and maintain compliant HR records.
Education — Degree in HR, Business Administration or related discipline; MBA (HR) preferred.
Experience — 6–10 years total HR experience with 3–5 years in construction, civil contracting, infrastructure, or other project?driven industries.
Regulatory knowledge — Strong understanding of Indian labour laws and site labour management.
Comfortable working in fast?paced, on?site environments; willing to travel frequently to project locations.
Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Hindi; knowledge of local languages is an advantage.
Data?driven mindset; proficient with Excel and HR dashboards.
High integrity, pragmatic problem solver, hands?on operator, and collaborative leader.
Reduce time?to?fill for critical site roles by 30%.
Maintain <5% payroll errors and 100% on?time statutory filings.
Lower attrition for office roles and reduce unplanned site absenteeism.
Implement basic HRMIS and deliver a monthly HR dashboard to leadership.
