Marketing Lead (Digital + Local Growth)
Role summary
Design and execute a blended digital + grassroots marketing plan for Jammu; own lead generation, brand visibility, and CAC targets.
Key responsibilities
* Run paid digital campaigns (Google/Facebook/Meta), manage content, and local listings.
* Set up and optimize funnels, landing pages, and tracking (GA4, FB Pixel).
* Coordinate local events, dealer activations, and PR in Jammu.
* Deliver weekly performance dashboards and iterate on CAC.
Must?have
* 3–6 years in performance marketing and local marketing; experience with small B2B/B2C startups.
* Hands-on with ad platforms, basic landing-page design, and CRM integrations.
* Analytical mindset and ability to run low?budget experiments.
Compensation (guide)
* Base: ?25,000–50,000/month; Bonus: based on lead quality and CAC improvements.
* Budget ownership for media spends (separate from salary).
30/90 day KPIs
* 30 days: live 1 paid campaign; baseline CAC defined; 50 inbound leads.
* 90 days: CAC reduced by 20% vs baseline; consistent 100+ qualified leads/month; marketing-to-sales handoff SLAs met.
